Securely pack the product in its original KuKirin box, including all accessories, chargers, and manuals that were shipped with the unit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
